There’s no shortage of concrete companies around the Twin Cities, and you have all too many options for your driveway, patio, walkway, or other big upgrade. But how many of those options are good? You’re in the process of figuring that out. As the very first way we’ll make your life a little easier, we’d like to make your decision-making process a little easier by laying it all out. 2. Our work ethic. Concrete isn’t a forgiving material, and shovel-leaners last about 5 minutes on a jobsite where timing and teamwork are everything. Our customers’ reviews probably describe our hustle and professionalism better than we can.

5. We’re a family-owned business. Bryan & Tiffany Stanley are a husband-and-wife team. Bryan is the owner – the one who does the estimates, works with the guys in the field, and teaches everyone the concrete craft. Tiffany holds down HQ, and is most likely the first one you’ll speak with when you contact us.
6. We’re a small, tight-knit crew. We’re not the types to spend all of our time and energy doing the 2.7 miles of walkway at the new mega strip mall, only to cram your job in as an easy day. We’re used to projects about the size of yours, and your project is exactly why we enjoy this crazy profession.
7. Bryan, our owner, will do your estimate on-site personally. We send Batman, not just Robin. He’s been in the concrete space since 1998 and has seen it all. He can answer any questions and provide feedback on anything that has to do with concrete.
8. Most likely Bryan will give you a quote on the spot – not 2 weeks later. Not only will you likely get a cold hard number then and there, but he will also give you a written copy of it. (On the off-chance our on-site consult goes way into extra innings, we’ll probably send you the cold hard number the following day – not 2 weeks later.)
9. If you’re not sure what you want, we can help you figure it out. Just tell us what you know you want and what you’re not 100% sure of yet. We can help you fill in the gaps. Of course, whatever you choose, we’ll complete it to your specs and your vision.

11. We can stamp the pattern you want. In case what you want isn’t a pattern we have, we can probably get it easily. If you can imagine it, we can stamp it.
12. There are no surprises. If you’re like us, you like when the drawbacks are clear, rather than when you only learn after the fact why something wasn’t good. With us, the only thing resembling a drawback is extremely clear: we’re not the cheapest. We’re not the most expensive, either. Our customers (and many of their neighbors) would tell you we’re the best, and that quality pays for itself. Doing the job right, without cutting corners, means our quote probably won’t be super cheap or super expensive. It will be reasonable.

13. We pull the permits, so you don’t have to. Yes, it’s a hassle, and yes, we wish we didn’t need to bother. 14. We’re obsessed with surface prep and drainage. A patio, driveway, or other concrete surface that’s safe, usable, and beautiful for many years requires us to notice every spot that water runs or pools, every bump in the ground, and every little variation in the grade before we pour.
